Title	a proteomic analysis of Nemopilema nomurai venom induced dermatitis by mouse skin LC-MS/MS
Description	Male ICR mice were divided into group “NnNV”, “NnNV-B”, “B” and “PBS”. Samples were hypodermic injected into their back. Skin tissues were collected 6 h after injection. Tissues were cut off and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The proteomics of skin tissues was detected by Label Free technique. The damage effect of venomous samples on skin was analyzed by differential expression between each groups. FC>2.0 （up-regulated），FC<0.5 （down-regulated） and p<0.05 were used as the criteria for differential expression analysis.
