Description	To explore the changes of secreted proteins in fermentation process, filtered supernatants were analyzed using liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Label-free quantitative proteomics approach was used to study the enzyme profile in the fermentation cultures.
