The host differential expression protein profile caused by the stable transfection of the CT143 gene into HeLa cells was successfully constructed. These differential proteins may interact with each other and participate in the regulation of intracellular signal transduction, cell secretion, protein processing and hydrolysis, enzyme activity, and other important biological processes, suggesting that the CT143 protein may affect the biological behavior of the host cell by altering the expression of host proteins, thus interfering with the growth and development of Ct.
