Description	To determine the proteins that interact with PHGDH in mitchondrial, we overexpressed Flag-PHGDH in cells and immunoprecipitation of PHGDH with Flag antibody. Mass spectrometry analysis of the PHGDH immunoprecipitation mixture and determined the mitochondrial proteins that interact with PHGDH.
