TitleStudy of interacting proteins of FOXO1 using TurboID-based proximity labeling technology
DescriptionBased on the TurboID proximity labeling technology, the interacting proteins of FOXO1 were studied and divided into three groups: blank group U251 cells, FOXO1-U251 overexpressing cells, and FOXO1-U251 cells treated with LPS. The three groups of cells were affinity purified by streptomycin magnetic beads and identified by protein silver staining, and then sent to the company for label-free protein analysis to obtain the original data of the three groups of protein spectra.
