| Title | Study on glycine regulation of serum resistance of Vibrio alginolyticus |
| Description | Recently, we propose that metabolic state determines serum resistance. By comparing the serum-resistant and serum-sensitive bacteria, we find that glycine, serine and threonine metabolism is repressed in serum-resistant bacteria. To better understand how glycine sensitizes Vibrio to fish serum, we adopted quantitative proteomics to investigate the glycine-triggered proteomic change. |
