Title	Identification of Key Events and Regulatory Networks in the Formation Process of Primordial Germ Cell based on Proteomics
Description	Studies have analyzed the regulation mechanism of primordial germ cell (PGC) formation at the transcriptional level, but few at the protein level, showing the mechanism analysis of PGC formation not systematic. We collected embryonic stem cells and PGC using a novel sampling strategy and performed label-free proteomics to screen for differential expression proteins (DEPs) in PGC formation.
