TitleProteome analyses of low phosphorus responses in Stylosanthes guianensis leaves
DescriptionThe seeds of stylo (Stylosanthesis guianensis) genotype T277 were germination for 3 days and then precultured in half-strength Hoagland solution containing 250 μM KH2PO4 for 10 days. Subsequently, Stylo seedlings were treated with 250 μM KH2PO4 (High-Pi) or 5 μM KH2PO4 (Low-Pi) in fresh half-strength Hoagland solution. The leaf samples were harvested after 18 days of treatments for the label-free proteomic analysis. There were three biological replicates in each treatment.
