Update publication information. Serine synthesis is crucial for tumor growth and survival, but its regulatory mechanism in cancer remains elusive. Phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH) is the first rate-limiting enzyme in serine biosynthesis pathway. Here, we analyzed immunoprecipitated PHGDH from human HEK293T cells by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and identified the potential interacting proteins of PHGDH.
