The current study evaluates non-invasive tape stripping coupled with mass spectrometry-based proteomics to identify protein biomarkers of mycosis fungoides (MF), the most common cutaneous T-Cell lymphoma. The application of this technique could transform the diagnosis of MF by reducing the need for traditional invasive biopsies. Additionally, disrupted biofunctions and upstream regulators identified in this study may serve as useful biomarkers to predict MF progression.
