PXD033720 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleBongolan_DecellKidney_P124_Lumos
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 4 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on Thermo Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by Tonya Bongolan. SCX clean-up and mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Cassandra Wong. Data analysis was performed by Brett Larsen. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Tonya Bongolan et al. The main goal of this paper was to demonstrate the use of submicellar concentrations of SDS in kidney decellularization to maintain integrity of the acellular extracellular matrix (ECM). Ian M. Rogers is the corresponding author of the manuscript (rogers@lunenfeld.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca) This submission is associated with 2 Supplementary Files (in addition to this README file) Table 1 describes the composition of this dataset Table 2 lists all the peptide identification evidence (as per iProphet)
