PXD033572

PXD033572 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCharacterization of the BRD7 and BRD9 homologues - part 1
DescriptionThis submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Lynda Agbo et al. that describes the characterization of mSWI/SNF complexes through functional proteomics analyses. Proteome quantification, AP-MS and proximity biotinylation experiments were performed from Flp-In T-REx HEK293 cells and MS files were acquired on TimsTOFpro and Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometers. Please refer to the individual Tables 1 for additional details of submitted files. For questions, please contact Jean-Philippe Lambert (Jean-Philippe.Lambert@crchudequebec.ulaval.ca).
