We studied the proteome changes of Auricularia fibrillifera (‘CSLZ’), a nutritious crop with strong drought resistance, after drought stress (60% water loss rate, DS) and rewatering for 1 h (50% water loss rate,RE). Using DIA LC-MS/MS technique, we identified the differential abundance proteins (DAPs) after drought stress and recovery, including 1,572 and 21 proteins, respectively.
