PXD033330 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePhosphoproteome of Thylakoid membrane in leaf senescence
DescriptionHere, we investigated the role of STN7 kinase of photosynthetic protein complexes in leaf senescence. Defects in STN7 accelerated leaf yellowing and decreased the efficiency of leaf photosynthetic complexes. To identify STN7 targets, we profiled global proteomes and phosphoproteomes of thylakoid membranes from wild type and STN7 mutant leaves during leaf senescence. Proteome data revealed senescence-associated alterations of protein complexes associated with photosynthesis, translation, lipid metabolism, and stress response during leaf senescence.
