Title	Phosphotyrosine proteomics of MDCK cell
Description	MDCK cell with Src-overexpression (wild type or mutant) were trypsinized, and enriched with Fe-IMAC. After labelling with TMT 10plex reagent, phosphotyrosine peptides were further enriched with phosphotyrosine antibodies. The enriched peptides were analyzed with Q Exactive Plus.
