PXD031740

PXD031740 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleShenZhang_DDAnoDE_Ecoli_P63_6600
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 18 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on AB Sciex TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Shen Zhang. Analysis was performed by Brett Larsen, Anne-Claude Gingras, and Shen Zhang. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Shen Zhang et al. The main goal of this paper was to further optimize a no dynamic exclusion (noDE) strategy for analysis of protein-protein interactions. This dataset presents a noDE strategy which identifies more high confidence protein interactors than traditional data-dependent acquisition (DDA) with DE and data-independent acquisition (DIA) approaches. Anne-Claude Gingras is the corresponding author of the manuscript (gingras@lunenfeld.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca)
