Description	S. cerevisiae BY4741 strain was treated with 1mM NaNO2 in SD + Lys, Arg with pH 4.0. Whole cell extracts were subjected to SDS-PAGE and Flamingo staining. Gels were treated wit trypsin and then extracted peptides were analyzed by LC/MS/MS.
