Title	Vadnjal_Blebs_Interphase_Mitosis_Proteomics
Description	This dataset consists of 36 raw MS files, acquired on an Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Vadnjal et al. titled: Proteomic analysis of the actin cortex in interphase and mitosis. The manuscript defines the composition of actin cortex between cells in interphase and mitosis, and points to the role of septin 9 in the control of mitotic cell rounding. The experiment is LC-MS/MS analysis of actin cortex-enriched blebs from cells synchronized in interphase and mitosis, performed in biological triplicates.
