| Description | Planktonic and biofilm Tetragenococcus halophilus cells were treated and untreated with ethanol and acid, respectively. Proteins of the cells were extracted and labeled with iTRAQ reagents. The iTRAQ labeled peptides were fractionated by Strong Cation Exchange Chromatography. The peptides were analyzed by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem MS. |
