Oxidative stress and systemic inflammation are the known factors contributing to PM related damage; however, a systematic understanding of the PM-induced deleterious pulmonary effects is still not clear. Thus, we performed multi-omics analysis in a mouse model of 3-month PM exposure to identify molecular changes in the lung tissues. |
