PXD030665

PXD030665 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA nuclear receptor facilitates differentiation of human PSCs into more mature hepatocytes
DescriptionTo start examining the mechanisms by which THRB mediated the epigenetic changes, we performed immunoprecipitation (IP) of THRB in THRB-FLAG HepG2 cells with anti-FLAG antibody, followed by mass-spectrometry to identify THRB-binding proteins.
