PXD030589 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTotal proteome Dry seed Col-0, dwa1 dwa2, YFP:AFP2 (+/-) and YFP:AFP2 in dwa1 dwa2 Background
Descriptionwe performed a label-free quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis comparing the dry seed proteome of four genotypes in three independent biological replicates: Col-0, dwa1 dwa2 double mutant, and YFP-AFP2 over expressing lines in both Col-0 and dwa1 dwa2 backgrounds. This assay aimed to identified protein accumulation pattern correlating with seed longevity and or ABA resistance during germination.
