PXD030126

PXD030126 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleImpact of Stringent Stress Response and Amino Acid Supplementation on Recombinant Protein Production in Escherichia coli
DescriptionMetabolic burden can only be understood if changes in gene expression patterns and corresponding proteins/metabolites of the non-recombinant (WT) host were investigated along with recombinant under similar growth conditions. Intriguing cellular regulation in terms of genes and proteins will be helpful to understand the metabolic burden, thereby recombinant protein production associated with cellular reprogramming.
