Title	Development of Spectral library using mass spectrometry-based Data-Independent Acquisition protocol for Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome
Description	The PRIDE ID's used for building the spectral library are PXD001188, PXD004161, PXD006039, PXD006117, PXD008555, PXD009549, respectively. The spectral library was created using the Bibliospec tool (version 1.0) with the .msf files generated from the total proteome search. The output files (.blib) were visualized using the Skyline (21.1.0146) tool.
