Title	spheroid of rhabdomyosarcoma cells cultured with muscle extracts
Description	We prepared the muscle extracts using detergent, solubilize them by pepsin digestion, and used them for the spheroid culture of human rhabdomyosarcoma cells using a low-attachment tissue culture plate. In this study, we confirmed that the muscle extracts contained proteins whose expression was unique to muscles. In this project, we prepared the spheroid of rhabdomyosarcoma with muscle extracts with 10% content.
