PXD028442

PXD028442 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic change in cerebrospinal fluid of neonatal sepsis
DescriptionNeonatal infection and sepsis are common for preterm infants due to their immature immune system. Acute changes of proteins in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), potentially affect the immature brain of preterm neonates. In this study, collected human CSF samples were processed according to the enhanced filter-aided sample preparation (eFASP) protocol and run on a Dionex RSLC UPLC System coupled to an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Mass Spectrometer. Protein annotation and quantification were carried out using MaxQuant (version 1.5.2.8) against the Uniprot database (homo sapiens, UP0000085640).
