PXD028371

PXD028371 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSignalling and recycling endosomes_dataset 03
DescriptionWe studied Receptor Tyrosine Kinase signalling from recycling endosomes and how this affected downstream responses. We developed a new method to study signalling in the proximity of recycling endosomes by combining enrichment of biotinylated peptides followed by enrichment of phosphorylated peptides.
