Dataset Summary
Title | Arabidopsis SLOMO-Decoy line AP-MS |
Description | SLOMO is an F-box protein, but little is known about its function and interactors as an F-box protein. we used a SLOMO-decoy approach here. The SLOMO-decoy protein, which lacks the F-box domain, is still able to bind to substrates but lacks the ability to recruit E2 conjugating enzymes to mediate substrate ubiquitination and degradation. We generated a stable Arabidopsis line expressing 35S::GFP:SLOMO-Decoy, and performed immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry (IP-MS) analyses on GFP:SLOMO-decoy. |
