PXD028175 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleExtra cellular vesicle comparisons related to lipotoxicity upload
DescriptionTwo sets of extracellular vesicles (EVs) are presented here. The first set was isolated from the supernate of cell lines. Vector control and Stard11 knock outs. Treatment with and without palmitate was done to the two groups. In total 4 study groups each containing n=3 samples. The second set of EV samples were derived from human plasma, control and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). A single pooled plasma sample for each condition was used to isolate EVs either by density gradient (3 fractions) or size exclusion chromatography (SEC). Each condition had 4 EV isolations, n=1 for each isolation.
