Title	Glycosylation and other PTM analyses of HBsAg
Description	Hepetitis B virus is coated with envelope containing surface antigen proteins. There are 3 kinds of the antigen proteins, S-, M-, and L-HBsAgs. In this project, we determined sites of glycosylation (N and O-linked forms) and other PTMs (myristoylation and acetylation) on each HBsAgs.
