| Title | The response mechanism of Cucurbita ficifolia under the FoC stress and the Identification of NBS type disease -resistance genes |
| Description | For the first time, this study reveal the response of C. ficifolia leaf to FOC infection at the transcriptome and proteome levels, uncovered that FOC infection activates plant hormone signaling, and transcription factors while suppressing wax biosynthetic process and photosynthesis. The results provide new information regarding the processes of C. ficifolia leaf resistance to FOC and will contribute to the breeding of cucumber rootstocks with resistance against FOC. |
