Description | To map the multi-omics atlas of silicosis progression, we collected four replicates of whole lung lobes from mice at different stages (W2, W4, W6, W10) after silica-treated as well as W6 after PBS-treated (as control). Then we performed (phospho) proteome analysis as well as bioinformatic analysis. |
