PXD027579
PXD027579 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Acclimation of the Arabidopsis thaliana thylakoid proteome to different light conditions |
Description | Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 plants were grown under different light conditions. Chloroplasts were isolated and their proteins extracted. Proteins were analysed by LC-MS and a label free quantification strategy was used to compare the different proteome compositions responsible for the respective acclimation. |
