PXD027523

PXD027523 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleContrasting proteomic responses of adult and larval coral to high temperatures
DescriptionRaw data (61,375 spectra) were processed into peak lists by Proteome Discoverer 1.4 and distilled into a single MGF data file with Mascot Distiller (ver. 2.6.0; Matrix Sciences). Please note that, because the samples represented a meta-proteome (anthozoans, dinoflagellates, and likely other microbial constituents), we queried three separate sequence databases (see methods in appended document.) and combined the results in the supplemental data file ("McRae et al. OSDF"). For this reason, individuals interested in our findings should consult this file rather than the mzid file. Please note that the associated article (McRae et al.) was issued minor revisions by reviewers and will hopefully be published in August of 2021.
