Title	AKT controls NLRP3 inflammasome
Description	For mass spectrometry, three independent experiments were performed and then mixed these cell lysates to one tube as one sample (LPS or LPS + ATP, respectively), then 20 µg of proteins for each sample were separated on SDS-PAGE followed by in-gel digestion, desalted, and then analyzed with the assistance of the Applied Protein Technology (Shanghai). MS/MS spectra were searched using MASCOT engine (Matrix Science, London, UK; version 2.2) embedded into Proteome Discoverer 1.4 (Thermo Electron, San Jose, CA.) against Uniprot Mouse database and the decoy database.
