Title	Proteomic analysis of different exosomes
Description	We generated macrophage-tumor hybrid cells by introducing nuclei isolated from tumor cells into activated M1-like macrophages to produce chimeric exosomes (aMT-exos). To examine the difference of proteins in M-exo (exosomes from macrophage treated with PBS) and aMT-exo, exosomes samples were sent to Personalbio Co. Ltd. for sample preparation and label-free quantitative proteomic analysis.
