PXD026937

PXD026937 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePause_Endofin_HD_PTP_ESCRT_2021_AP_MS_Velos
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 14 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, acquired on LTQ-Orbitrap Velos (Thermo Electron) mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by the lab group of Arnim Pause and affinity purification and mass spectrometric acquisition was performed by Zhen-Yuan Lin. Analysis was performed by Nicole St-Denis. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Kazan et al. in which endofin and HD-PTPs complimentary functions in receptor-mediated endocytosis and lysosomal degradation is investigated. Arnim Pause is the corresponding author of the manuscript (arnim.pause@mcgill.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
