Title	Quantification of Tubl in Tubl-deficient mice
Description	We confirmed the absence of the Tubl protein in Tubl−/− mice with the use of mass spectrometry-based multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Two different peptides derived from Tubl−/− mice and Tubl+/+ mice were mixed with tryptic peptides derived from isotopically labeled recombinant mouse Tubl protein and performed MS analysis.
