PXD026210 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
Titleprotein in ethylene regulated salt response in quinoa
DescriptionThe experiments were used to detect proteins in ethylene regulated salt response in quinoa. The quinoa is one of healthy food source for human. Ethylene is a stress hormone, which improves salt tolerance in plants by regulating adaptive changes in gene expression level. Proteomic analysis provides an efficient method to excavate downstream functional genes in a large scale. In order to clarify the ethylene regulated salt response pathway in quinoa, the whole seedlings of 4-week-old quinoa treated with water, salt, salt and ethylene precuorsor ACC, respectively, and analyzed by proteomic analysis in this research.
