PXD026206

PXD026206 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDatasets for FLASHIda: Intelligent data acquisition for top-down proteomics that doubles proteoform identification count
DescriptionFour sets top-down MS single runs from E.coli (K12 MS1655 i) lysate with FLASHIda and standard acquisition. Two sets using FLASHIda acquisition and two using standard acquisition for intact proteins (Intact Protein mode) on a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Eclipse. Two sets from each acquisition method have different RT gradients of 30 minutes and 90 minutes. Lastly, each set contains technical triplicates. Thus we have three 90 minute gradient single runs with FLASHIda acquisition (FI90 datasets), three 30 minutes FLASHIda (FI30 datasets), three 90 minute standard (ST90 datasets), and three 30 minute standard (ST30 datasets) runs. ST90: Eclip_1476_MB.mzML, Eclip_1479_MB.mzML, Eclip_1480_MB ST30: Eclip_1477_MB.mzML, Eclip_1483_MB.mzML, Eclip_1485_MB FI90: Eclip_1481_MB.mzML, Eclip_1482_MB.mzML, Eclip_1486_MB FI30: Eclip_1478_MB_20210423200930.mzML, Eclip_1484_MB.raw, Eclip_1487_MB
