Description	MassIVE title 2: Rosenthal_Zebrafish_TurboID_P88_SAINT5427_miniTurbo_injections_2021 SAINT Task ID 5427 This dataset consists of 13 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files comprising of mRNA injections of the miniTurbo fused baits. This README file is associated with five separate MassIVE submissions. All samples were acquired on a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. All samples were prepared and analyzed by Shimon Rosenthal. The files are associated with a manuscript by Rosenthal et al. that establishes protocols for proximity-dependent biotinylation in zebrafish. Anne-Claude Gingras and Ian Scott are the corresponding authors of the manuscript (gingras@lunenfeld.ca; ian.scott@sickkids.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
