PXD025903 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTrifunctional PIP3 binder identification
DescriptionTrifunctional PIP3 is a chemically modified derivate of PIP3 that includes 3 functionalized groups allowing spacial an temporal manipulation of its release and function. A caged group allows for timed release of the coumpound, a cross-linking group induces covalent binding to binders, while a clickable group is used for specific pull=out using functionilized beads. These functionalities comibend create a precise discovery tool used to detect PIP3 interactors.
