Update publication information. In this study, the experimental rats were administered a 7-week swimming training (5 days per week, 40 min/day). To identify changes in the urinary proteome during regular swimming exercise, urine samples were collected at week 2, 5, and 7. Urine proteins were identified by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of regular swimming exercise on urine proteome in rats.
