PXD025665 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCell adhesions link membrane scale protein dynamics to tissue scale force production during vertebrate head-to-tail axis extension
DescriptionIn this paper, we use approaches from proteomics, cell biology, and tissue biomechanics to describe how a poorly characterized cell adhesion effector, Armadillo Repeat protein deleted in Velo-Cardio-Facial syndrome (ARVCF) catenin, controls vertebrate head-to-tail axis extension. We define the in vivo interactome of c-Cadherin (Cdh3), measuring its interaction with Arvcf. Specifically, this APMS dataset is comprised of "prey" protein interactions determined to associate with a Cdh3-GFP "bait."
