Description	Quantitative mass spectrometry analysis using tandem mass tags (TMT) labelling of estrogen receptor α (ERα) pull downs. Co-immunoprecipitated proteins using a anti Erα antibody were compared quantitatively with material recovered in a mock to identify ERα-interacting proteins.
