Update information. Beauveria bassiana is an important entomopathogenic fungus for biocontrol of insect pests. Its growth and development are closely related to its biocontrol potential. Previous studies revealed that the autophagy gene Atg1 (a kinase) regulates the funfal development and conidia formation. In this study, the phosphoproteome and proteome were compared between the wild-type and the knockout strain. The first dataset (IPX0002729001) is data for comparative proteome; the second dataset (IPX0002729002) was the data for comparative phosphoproteome. In this study, Q ExActive HF mass spectrometer was used for analysis.
