TitleGlobal effects of RAB3GAP1 dysexpression on the proteome of mouse cortical neurons
DescriptionThe transfection of the in vitro neurons was conducted using the lentivirus for under-expression (partial silencing) or over-expression of RAB3GAP1 to separate UE-RAB3GAP1 (RAB3GAP1 under-expression), UE-Ctrl (over-expression control), OE-RAB3GAP1 (RAB3GAP1 over-expression), and OE-Ctrl (under-expression control) groups. Differential proteomes were analyzed based on isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) labeling combined with mass spectrometry.
