PXD022319

PXD022319 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleWDR4 conditional knockout in mouse cerebellar granule progenitors for proteome analysis
DescriptionTo uncover candidates which are WDR4 downstream effectors regulating cerebellar granule neuron proliferation phenotype, we utilized quantitative proteomics analysis (TMT labeling) with granule neuron progenitors from P7 wdr4 conditional knockout (using Atoh1-Cre) and control cerebella.
