PXD021908

PXD021908 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMultiple Reaction Monitoring-based Assay for the Targeted Quantitation of Aberrant Substrate-specific Kinase Activity in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
DescriptionPersonalized tissue phosphoproteome was carried to target aberrant signaling in NSCLC from pairs of cancerous tissues and their adjacent normal counterparts from 5 patients. We then report a substrate-specific kinase assay based on multiple reaction monitoring mass spectrometer platform was then developed for relative and absolute quantification of substrate-specific kinase activity at the sensitivity of nanomolar kinase and nanogram cell lysate.
