PXD020649 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSRGAP1 controls small Rho GTPases to regulate podocyte foot process maintenance
DescriptionPodocyte foot process effacement and proteinuria is a common and uniform consequence of glomerular injury. Previously it has been shown that small Rho GTPases (e.g. RAC1) are drivers of podocyte foot process effacement in glomerular diseases such as focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). However, a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory networks of small Rho GTPases will be a prerequisite for precisely targeted therapeutic interventions.
